And now for our feature presentation!

The beans and diapers are both soaking (separately of course), I've climbed down from my soapbox, the bread is baked, and the recipe for dinner acquired.  By some miracle, both of my girls are currently sleeping.  What now?

Well, I suppose I could tackle the mountain of dishes, or laundry.  I could vacuum or work on Christmas presents.  Naw,  I got blogging to do!  In fact, I have so much blogging to do I'm going to have to break it up into a two or three day event.  I know, I know, you're all so disappointed.  I know you hate it when I blog and the only reason you lurk around (silently) on my site is so that you can tell me that you read it and then have one or two convincing stories to tell when you see me :).

So, without further ado...

A TRIP TO THE FARMER'S MARKET

A week ago Sunday, Papa, the girls, and I made our fortnightly trip to the Farmer's Market.

Here's what $18 will get you:

Bok Choy Carrots
Broccoli Cilantro
Apples Grapes
Beets Onions
Potatoes Cabbage

HOT DOG! THATS AN OCTOPUS!

Punkin' has recently decided that she doesn't like food. Or is it that she doesn't like to eat? We can't figure it out. But, her amazing father, decided to put those expensive culinary tools
to work and viola! A octopus dog on a sea of celery! It was gone in under a minute. I guess it is okay to play with your food; sometimes.

That octopus is both adorable and creepy. Please continue to post any future food sculpture!

I most certainly will! Though it's not something I'm inclined to do, so I'll have to wait for Kev to get creative again.
