You know, they say "a picture is worth a thousand words"... Well, today, I'd like you to play a game with me! I want you to leave a one-word comment. The first word that comes to mind when you see the following photo.

And it doesn't have to stop there! Today, I want you to be mindful of your thoughts... Give your feelings a name (angry, sad, elated, content), identify that first word that comes to mind when you are doing your daily activities; spend your day really noticing what goes on inside your mind.
